Hi, I’m Lucy Hernandez. I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in anxiety, depression and PTSD. I started Hope and Healing with a firm belief that therapy and the process of therapy should feel natural. I never want anyone to feel anxious about their sessions, but rather looking forward to it. 

From children to teens, adults to families, we’ll work together to discuss past experiences, set goals, and celebrate milestones.
